Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education (PSHE) helps children understand themselves, build healthy relationships and make safe, responsible choices. Relationships and Health Education (RHE) is taught as part of our PSHE lessons and covers topics such as families, friendships, physical and mental health, safety and growing up.
